The food was remarkable, especially the pan roasted beef tenderloin, and the Italian restaurant manager provided exceptional service, even finding a way for me to read the menu. However, service was inconsistent. we dealt with rude staff during dinner, and communication about shows was frustrating. Securing towels at the pool was another hassle that detracted from the experience.

I had an amazing five-night stay in a spacious Nature View Suite Zen Experience, complete with a private plunge pool and a beautiful view of the lush gardens. The outdoor swimming pool and soothing spa treatments were just what I needed to unwind. The only downside was the limited dinner reservations at the popular restaurants, so definitely plan ahead! 🌴

The culinary journey was a highlight, with the breakfast at Azul serving up freshly baked croissants that melted in your mouth. Dining at the Bistro was another treat, where Isaac, Andres, and Edgar made us feel right at home with stellar recommendations. Plus, the attentive service at the pool kept us refreshed and satisfied all day!
The dining reservations can be a bit of a hustle—six months ahead or you're stuck with the 'meh' options.

Incredible service and dining!
Wow, we had such an awesome time! The staff went above and beyond, especially at breakfast. They totally remembered our orders, and the in-room breakfast option was a lifesaver. Our only issue was the beach area—lots of rocks made swimming a bit tricky. Still, we loved the vibe and the flavors. Definitely a memorable stay!

The food at the various restaurants is remarkable, especially the breakfast at Azul, which offered a delightful selection of fresh pastries. The staff, including our concierge Itzel, provided exceptional service, making our stay so enjoyable. My kids loved the kids' club, which kept them entertained with fun activities while we relaxed by the pool.
The beach area has many rocks, making swimming difficult and less enjoyable for families.

This place was just an optimal selection for a quick stop in Playa del Carmen with outstanding value. The staff even brought my favorite juice before I sat down for breakfast, making the mornings extra special. Make sure to book any spa treatments in advance as they fill up quickly.

The Nature View Suite Zen Experience offered a stunning layout with a lush private garden and an inviting jacuzzi, making for an idyllic outdoor space. Three gorgeous pools surrounded by palm trees create a perfect backdrop for relaxation, and dining options display a remarkable focus on local flavors.
Planning ahead for dining reservations is key, or else you'll miss out on some of the resort's highly celebrated restaurants, which can fill up quickly—think six months in advance. The beach, while beautifully landscaped, has some rocks and seaweed, and the views are occasionally obstructed by man-made structures meant to mitigate wave action, so if you're after pristine shoreline vibes, this might not be it.

The dining experience surpassed my expectations with delectable dishes that highlighted local flavors. The staff delivered exceptional service, ensuring every meal was memorable and personalized. The pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by lush gardens that enhanced the overall ambiance.
The room cleaning was inconsistent, as some areas felt overlooked during our stay.
