The food was remarkable, especially the pan roasted beef tenderloin, and the Italian restaurant manager provided exceptional service, even finding a way for me to read the menu. However, service was inconsistent. we dealt with rude staff during dinner, and communication about shows was frustrating. Securing towels at the pool was another hassle that detracted from the experience.
